The Dokey score is evolving to become more intuitive and linear. Changes include:

• Clearer goals for minimum recommended length and keyword usage, making scoring less obscure and more accessible.
• Score progression is now more predictable, for a more balanced assessment of content quality.
• Particular attention is paid to avoiding over-optimization of keywords, with penalties for abuse, ensuring more natural and engaging content.
• Scores for H2 tags and above have been merged into a new consolidated metric, simplifying analysis and reporting.

💡 The score of your projects may differ following this update. If the difference is minimal, there's no need to go back over it. On the other hand, if the difference is significant, we recommend that you revise your score.
